He doesn't live in man-made temples.

When we start thinking God needs some place to stay at, except in our own hearts we have limited Him to an idol. God doesn't need any man-made temple to live in. Know that when a person starts to have a special place where he experience God expect in their heart, that person has limited God to an idol. Man-made temples and idols are a burden to the human soul, for in the temporary meeting place that Israel had, priests and Israelites lived in fear and guilt without rest, they were sacrificing day in day out, year in year out without relief! The only perfect meeting place where we can enjoy the presence of God is allowing His Son to sit in the Throne of our hearts. For nothing we can do for God to please Him, even though our place of worship can be decorated be beautiful God is not entertained. One thing that can please Him is for us to open up our Hearts by having faith in what He did for us through Jesus Christ.

Very true brother. We are the temple of the living God. God wants us to allow Him to live in us by His Spirit. We do not have to go somewhere to by with God, God's Spirit is always in us.
